1-2 lbs lean cage-free chicken

2-4 cups brown Jasmine rice

8-16 oz of your fave Terayaki sauce

2-4 oz of a spicy Szechuan sauce (to taste)

snap peas, carrots, onions, or corn (optional)

 

cook rice for ~one hour in a rice cooker

cook chicken about 10-12 minutes on medium heat

(secret ingredient - 4 oz Pinot Noir)

add terayaki to cooked chicken, simmer on low for five minutes

add Szechuan sauce to taste

add vegetables, simmer for three minutes

serve chicken on a bed of rice

enjoy!
